The History and the Natural Situation
of the Project's Region
“Kazeroon” city is located 15 km far from the ancient “Bishaboor” city in the South - East of “Bishaboor” and in the “North-West” of Parishan lake, which is located in the mountain slope of “Zagros” chain of mountains. The “Shapoor” river is located in the North of “Kazeroon” which has a temperate climate and is covered by various types of fruitful and fruitless trees.
- Geographical Location:
Kazeroon is located in the west of
- Development Prediction for Kazeroon:
Kazeroon suffers from a kind of stagnation in it's development. For example because of it’s population increase government has some problems, providing water for this amount of water demand, so they have decided to design and construct a water transition system for a 30-years period for this city.
- Purposes:
- Providing water for Kazeroon:
1- Transmitting water from the well No.4 to the reservoir of 10,000m3 in the mountain slope through a pipeline with 600mm diameter.
2- Transmitting water from No.4 well to the reservoir with a capacity of 8000m3 through pipes with 300mm diameter.
3- Transmitting water from No.8 well to the reservoir with 8000m3 capacity through pipes with 300mm diameter.
4- Water transition from No.12 well to the 8000m3 reservoir through pipes with 300mm diameter.
5- Transmitting water from the reservoir with 8000m3 capacity in the mountain slope to "Shahid Beheshti" small town by means of pipes with 350mm diameter.
6- Transmitting water from the reservoir with 10000m3 capacity in the mountain slope to another reservoir with the same capacity (corp’s reservoir) through pipes with 400mm diameter.
7- Water transition from "Emam Reza" garrison's well to the manufacturing city through pipes of 200mm diameter.
8- The Subject of Contract:
- Providing water for “Kazeroon” from 12 wells which are excavated in the marginal area of “Kazeroon” mountain through a 10500m long steel pipeline with diameters between 200 and 600mm.
- To equip two wells and construct their equipments.
- To construct two chlorination buildings and their equipments.
- To change the existing reservoir's collectors based on the maps.
- The executive characteristics of the project:
Constructing two wells and then , Collecting and conducting water from 12 wells toward “Abfa” reservoir (10,000m3), “Sepah” reservoir (10,000m3) and “Koohpayeh” reservoir (8000m3) through steel pipes of 200mm~ 600mm using high tension electro pumps and the floating and also performing an interior plaster and outer protective layer for the pipes that are 10.5 km long, water distributing in “Kazeroon” will be done properly and the pressure will be adjusted in water transition network.
The water transition network have been designed for the next 20~30 years considering the existing water resources. The water transition network of “Kazeroon” has been designed for the next 25 years (until 1405).
At present there are 12 calcareous wells in the mountain slopes near “Kazeroon” which ten of them have been equipped and are providing water for “Kazeroon”.
The other two, will be equipped in order to provide the required water for this city till the end of the year 1405.
